1. Do you only work with women owned businesses?
My heart and mission are centered on supporting women entrepreneurs, because I deeply understand the unique challenges of juggling business, family, and everything in between. That said, I happily work with any small business owner who’s aligned with my approach and values.
2. Can you help me if I’m behind on my books?
Absolutely! Many of my clients come to me feeling stressed or embarrassed about being months (or even years) behind. Catch-ups and cleanups are my specialty. I’ll take the chaos off your plate, bring everything current, and set you up with systems that make staying on track simple moving forward.
3. I already have a CPA—why do I need a bookkeeper too?
Think of your CPA as your tax strategist and your bookkeeper as your day-to-day financial organizer. I handle the ongoing, monthly management of your numbers so your CPA has clean, accurate books to work with at tax time. Together, that team approach saves you money, stress, and time.
4. Do you work locally or virtually?
Both! I’m based in Chester, NJ, and proudly serve the Morristown area. Thanks to secure cloud-based systems, I also work with clients all across the United States. No matter where you’re located, you’ll always feel supported and connected.
5. How do I know if I’m ready to hire a bookkeeper?
If your books feel like a source of stress, you’re constantly behind, or you’re not confident making decisions because you don’t trust your numbers, it’s time. Hiring a bookkeeper frees you to focus on growth, family, and rest—knowing your financials are handled.
6. Is my financial information safe?
Yes. Client security is a top priority. I use secure, cloud-based systems like QuickBooks Online with bank-level encryption. Your data is never shared with anyone outside of what’s needed to support your bookkeeping. You can trust that your business information is handled with the highest level of confidentiality and care.
7. How do I get my information to you?
Most of my clients share their information through direct, secure connections to QuickBooks Online. Bank and credit card feeds update automatically, so you don’t have to send spreadsheets or receipts each month. For anything additional (like invoices or unique expenses), I’ll provide you with simple, secure ways to upload or share documents digitally
8. How often will we communicate?
You’ll hear from me at least monthly with your reports and updates, but I’m also available when you have questions. Think of me as your bookkeeping partner—you’ll never feel “in the dark” about your numbers. You can schedule a call when you need it.
9. How do I get started?
